Do you mean the Shuixi Road, near the Nongfeng Huayuan?
If so, it is suggested to have meals in Jinye Hotel at No. 3, South Eling Road.
For hotel, you can just live in the Jinye Hotel or the Super 8 Hotel (HZ General Bus Station Branch) at No. 9, South Eling Road.
