About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Hey i forgot my ipad in Terminal 3 security check in area on last monday.How can i contact the person who charge of lost item in Beijing airport

i found the phone number but now i cant call because i' m in mongolia.thank you
