About:Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Ferry

Use Ferry in the morning, while Flight leaves at evening, visiting Hong Kong in between

I like to take the ferry from SheKou to HKIA around noon. My flight is leaving at midnight. Could I leave the airport (with immigration of course) for a short visit in between or is ther no way once entered?

No, you cannot. After disembarking the ferry, you have to check in to catch your flight directly. It is not allowed to get into HK then.
