About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi i have lost my departure slip from the entry form that i filled in on arrival in China.

Will this be a problem for when I depart? I have a valid visa its just to form that you fill out on arriva that I have lost?

Don't worry, it is not a problem for your leaving. Passport with valid visa are enough.
