Police clearance certificate slip

It is possible to apply for the Z visa using the police clearance certificate slip as proof that I did applied for police clearance certificate?

Alpha, you don't need to provide police clearance certificate when applying for Z type. But you need it when applying for residence permit. Plus, you can't use the police clearance certificate as proof.
