itinerary advise for kunming

Question

Hi,I am planning to stay for 6D5N with my parents in the city. Can we stay at this city throughout & cover Day 1:Nanping Business Street,  Xishan Forest Park, Xiangyun Street / Day 2 : Yunnan Nationalities Village / Day 3 : Guandu Ancient Town, Diam Lake / Day 4 : Stone Forest / Day 5 : Dongchuan Red Land / Day 6 : Green Lake or KM dragon gate. Which day need change? Is it all easily accessible via the city centre for day trip? Any tour agency that you can recommend that offer daily tour?

Generally speaking, your plan is doable and they are almost easily to access from city center. Don't worry! To Stone Forest, you can use a train to Shilin first and then transfer to a bus to arrive or go to KM East Bus Station to catch a direct bus to arrive. To Dongchuan Red Land, you are suggested to take a bus at North Bus Station to Dongchuan first and then transfer to another direct bus to the Red Land. For other destinations, you should make full use of local public transportation and taxi service.

among all these destinations, you may only need a tour guide or join a tour for the Red Land for a better view. For the tour, you can ask whether your hotel where you stay in KM city helps to arrange.
