I have two daughters studying in China 3rd year University, and have 3rd daughter starting this September 2014. I would like to stay with them for one year me and my other two young daughters 11 and 16 years old.

Hi, you can apply for family visit S type for this visit, with invitation letter from your daughters who hold Chinese residence permit. Copy of their passports are also required. For application itself in Canada, proof of relationship - birth certificate of your daughter as inviter is required.
