Is there a Hotel on 62 Jinjiam Road in Chengdu China

Yes, there are. I know there is a Xixiangfeng Hostel and a Yijia Business Hotel, but I heard their facilities are just so-so. Then Wisden Hotel at No. 74, Zhengbei Street, around 450 meters away, is recommended to you. Its Chinese name is 威斯登酒店.
