REGARDING TICKET BEEJIN TO ULAANBAATAR

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK TICKET AND PICK IT UP FROM TICKET OFICCE ? TRYING TO CONTACT OVER THE PHONE CAN NOT COMUNICATE ( UNDERSTAND )

I don't thingk you can pick up the ticket by yourself from the ticket office, as the tickets for the trip from Beijng to Ulan Baatar are booked at a special ticket counters opposite the Beijing Railway station.
The staff at the ticket counter may not speak English.
So you can book with online agents like this website and have your ticket delivered to your hotel, or you can go to the ticket counter to book the ticket by yourself.
