Guilin to longsheng to yangshuo

Hi, I would be reaching Guilin by train 24th July morning...6:45 am....I would want like to tour LS for the day...My questions are - 1) do we get bus for LS from Guilin central stn...2) how do we travel to the rice fields from LS? ( bus / taxi?) ..3) when is the last bus back from LS to guilin...and from Guilin to yangshuo? ( P.S. we have hotel booked at yangshuo)
