Tiger vs. Dragon story

Hello again :D I heard a very interesting story once about the Tiger and the Dragon having some sort of battle to be the "king of the land" or something like that... and that tiger won, so Dragon got to be "king of the sky"... I know I am not saying this exactly right, so I am looking for clarification on the whole story :p
