How much will be the cost of a day tour including roundtrip fare fr Shanghai to Hangzhou thanks

By reading the info on the official website of Shanghai Tourism Distributing Center, the cost of a one day trip with roundtrip fare included is around CNY170 per person for Xixi Wetland for example. If you want a private tour through a travel agency, the fare shall be much higher.
