Applying for a Chinese visa in Hong Kong

Hey there, currently residing in South Korea and i hear most foreigners here wanting to get into China apply in Hong Kong. Is this possible for Australians to apply at the Chinese embassy in Hong Kong?

Yes, it is currently possible to get it in HK, but if you are now residing in South Korea, you can contact the CVASC branches first for the latest information and better apply in advance before leaving.

Hi - I'm in a very similar situation to Andrew.
I'm going to Hong Kong where I would like to get a 1 month holiday Visa for China. (Reason is I don't have time to get it here in Manila as it takes 3 - 5 days). Question - How long will the application take in Hong Kong?
Thanks
