About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

Will we, NRIs be able to get a visa to do the pilgrimage to Kailash Mansarovar second week of August??

I wish to join a travel group travelling to Kailash Mansarovar, leaving Kathmandu on August 12, 2014. 3 of us in the group hold US passports and the rest of the group hold Indian passports. I am currently living in India and possess an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card. I heard that the Chinese embassy is currently not issuing it to non-Indian passport holders. Is this true?

Yes, it is very hard for you to get visa and Tibet Enter Permit. I am thinking Indians may also face the same problem.
