About:Festivals in Taiwan

I am planning a trip to taiwan with my toddler and hubby so i would like to know is end oct till early nov a gd period to visit ? has the typhoon ended ?

Yes, it is. The weather in the end of Oct. to early Nov. would be very pleasant and the temperature will be comfortable. By that time, the typhoon season would have passed, so there is little possibility to meet typhoon, but several lightly raniy days may happen during that period.
