About:China Family Reunion Visa

How to Support Family

I am married to a Chinese woman, my son is also Chinese. I've just graduated in China, but I've been refused a work visa. It is therefore impossible for me to legally support my family in China. What recourse do I have? Which department can I make a claim for clemency to? This is inhumane.

I do want to stress there is away around to work on a Q1 family Resident permit.

Solution: Work online from home.. How? Go to Daves ESL cafe, click international jobs, use your "find" feature on your browser and type in the keyword: online or teach online. This was 6 years, but I had to stay home and help my wife after she gave birth.

These companies can wire your salary directly to your account in your home country. So this way you're not really working for China, the PSB also accepted this and I showed them my bank statement transfers from the U.S (chinese translation).

I also filed my tax back in the U.S no problem.

No, but I offered it and brought them in and it was really a big help for getting a 3 years RP visa. Like I told the PSB officer, i pay for the internet and I use it to make money from a different country in the home I rent. And they accepted it only because the salary was from a different country.
