Your career luck in 2014 is ok. You are eager for success. So you keep yourself very busy. If you work harder, you will have a chance of promotion. By the way, think twice before you make any decision. Otherwise, you may regret a lot.

In general, your career luck in your whole life is just so so. You have no one else to rely on. Therefore, you have only one way out, that is, working harder. Your abilities will be noticed by your leader some day. If possible, you may start your own business.
