visa application whilst travelling

Is it possible to apply for it when in the Philippines? I will be travelling there before going to China and don't want to get one too early.

Hi, it is difficult to get one if you are not a resident in the philippines. So, you are advised to apply earlier when you are in UK or the country where you reside.
