Where can I buy the cheapest clothes/purses in Beijing?

I would love to do some seriously cheap but diverse shopping. Where should I go? Thanks

I know the local Zoo Clothing Wholesale Market and Dahongmen Clothing Wholesale Market, where you shall get what you want. But I read a piece of news that they will move in the near future. Not sure about the current situation.
