collecting tickets from beijing

Question

Hi, I am not quite sure about collecting tickets. First you say on your webside the only way to collect tickets is at the railway station, travel agency or airport then you answer people you can deliver tickets to the hotel. I need to buy two tickets from Beijing to Qingdao on the 6th of July. Can you deliver it to a hotel in Beijing? Are they valid tickets or e-tickets which I have to exchange in one of the previous ways? thx for an answer.

Dear Bartosz, Thank you for enquiry!There are actually two ways to get your tickets after booking with us: collect by yourself at railway station (ticket agents and airports are currently unavailable for foreigners due to new identity verification policy) or have the ticket delivered to your hotel (a small delivery fee is charged). Yes, we can deliver the tickets to your hotel to Beijing. They are valid tickets with which you get onboard directly.
