About:China Embassy in Thailand

Disney Land Hong Kong

My family and i live here in Bangkok, my wife and daughter hold Uzbekistan passports. We want to go to Disney Land in Hong Kong.
Can we apply for visas at the Chinese Embassy here in Bangkok?
Do we need an invitation letter from someone in Hong Kong?

Yes, Thai passport holder enjoy free entry to HK for 14 days, but your wife and daughter need to apply for visas in advance through Chinese embassy in Bangkok, providing round-trip ticket and hotel booking. If necessary, financial support may be required as a proof to cover your stay in HK.

Thanks Chris.
Would you know how long it typically take to process the visas?

Generally, it takes 4 working days, but it will take longer time if their application will need to be sent to HK for approval.
