Bad year for those born as horse in 1978?

am born in winter Dec 1978 in the year of the horse, this year I have had health ailments mainly muscles and tendons inflammations, not good year at work so ive quit, now getting ready to go on a big adventurous holiday trekking to high mountains but am little worried if i will any fractures, or worsen tendons and muscles etc. Isn't suppose to be good year for those born in the year of the horse?
