Is Incheon to Tianjin ferry operating?

I read from visitkorea website that the Jinchon ferry is not temporarily operating until the end of May 2014. Does anyone know if they already started operating again? I would take the ferry on 17th June. The ferry company website is not in English so I can't get information from there.
