Chinese passport stolen in Netherlands

Hi, my wife holding a Chinese passport, she was in Netherlands for a work related meeting, unfortunately her bag got stolen and she lost her passport and UK BRP. Now she can't came to UK. Is there any same day service to get her new Chinese passport as she has to apply for single entry UK visa and me and our 11 months son waiting for her here in the UK. Please advice if there is no same day service. how to get her passport quickly?

Sorry, there is no rush service for passport applcation. It takes at least 15 days.
