You mean you want to reach Shenzhen via Lo Wu by taking the East Rail Line?
If so, you need to pay for the trip on the East Rail Line. If you take the right train, you do not need to stop at Sheung Sui. Along the East Rail Line, some trains will reach for Lo Wu Station, while some reach Lok Ma Chau Station and you need to listen to the announcements in the stations.

I did not find the ATM machines when I were at the Futian Border, but I found the place for exchanging money at the borders, so I think you can change at the border instead of in HK.

If you just stop at Shueng Shui Station, you can take it for free by using AE pass.

Thanks Dylan.

In the website, it said its free except East Rail Line First Class. If I take East Rail Line from Kowloon Tong to Sheung Shui , using MTR (not first class), is it free by using AE pass ?

No such train service is available. If you wanna travel directly to Guangzhou from HKIA, I suggest you take the direct cross-border coaches. They won't stop in HK downtown, say, kowloon, but would have several stops in Guangzhou. And the coaches can be taken at the Coach Station of T2 at HKIA.
