Walk from your hotel to Tiyuzhongxin Station and take B5 bus from there to Nonglindong Station. Then you can take No.1 bus and get off at Nanguan Station and walk about 290 meters to Tianji Wharf. There you can buy the ticket and enjoy Pearl River Cruise. If you catch a taxi, it costs around CNY 24.
