Pets on Beijing airport express rail link OK?

Are dogs allowed on the airport express rail link? There is a small space area to place luggage from what I remember that can easily fit my dogs cage. I'm finding it difficult to get my dog to the airport, cause BJ Taxi's would be too small for the cage AND my luggage.
