I wil travel to haikou by early dec. The weather cold? Go seaside isit ok? Sin.

ReplyIt is warm in early December with temperature is around 16 to 23C in that time.
You can still go to the seaside. But if you want to swim in the sea, it is suggested to do it at noon time.00Reply
