About:Dual Nationality

Hi m frm Pakistan n my wife is chinese we r in australia on a student visa last month

we have baby so baby is chinese or pakistani

According to the regulations, your baby is Chinese. If you want your baby be Pakistani, he or she need give up the Chinese Nationality.
