About:Getting to Macau

is there a direct transport service from Macau airport to palmsprings hotel in zhuhai as I have heavy luggage

From the airport, there is no direct transportation service to your hotel.
You are suggested to take the local bus line AP1 to Gongbei Border. Then you need to pass the border on your own. After that, you can catch a taxi to your hotel.
