Work Visa in China.

Hi, This is Karan from india,
Currently in Henan, China. I'm here with Residence permit of 6 months..
I've got the job here and wanted to apply work, Is there any possibilities to apply within China.?
I'm living here with my wife(Native Chinese).. It'd be very hard to go back n come here again.
