Maglev from Pudong Airport to Shanghai Train Station

I am staying at the Grand Mercure Zhongya which I understand is very near the mainTrain Station. Can I take the Maglev directly to the station from Pudong Airport?

No, you cannot. The Maglev only operates between PVG (Pudong Airport) and Longyang Road. To arrive at your hotel by Maglev, you are suggested to take that to Longyang Road first and then transfer to subway line 2 to Century Avenue. There transfer to line 4 to SH Train Station and walk to your hotel. I suggest you get out of the metro station from exit 5 by the way!

Aside from the way above, you can also take airport shuttle bus line 5 to the train station directly and then walk several minutes to your hotel.
