About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

How do I get my Hong Kong birth certificate authenticated? I'm a Canadian citizen living in Toronto.

I'm applying to get permission to stay in Aruba for longer than 3 months. I need to have my Hong Kong birth certificate authenticated and legalized ( or apostille) for the Aruba government. What is the process to get my Hong Kong birth certificate authenticated and/or legalized?

I think you may post this in a wrong forum. If you want to use it for permission to stay in Aruba, then it should be authenticated by their embassy in HK.
