i will reach shanghai pudong airport evening 9.30.how can i reach Keqiao city ?

Except taxi or car rental, no public transportation is available upon your landing. As they may charge much by taxi or car, you are advised to stay in Shanghai for a night and head for Keqiao in the next morning.

To Keqiao, there are direct buses at Shanghai General Bus Station and South Long-distance Bus Station. Or take subway line 2 from PVG to Hongqiao Train Station to take a high speed train to SX North and then find local bus no. 808 to Keqiao.
