how to reach disneyland from hotel harbour plaza metropolis in Hong Kong

Your hotel is close to Hung Hom Station, right?
If so, you can walk to find the bus line A21 and take it to Lantau Link Toll Plaza Station where you can change to bus line R8 to the Disneyland Resort directly.
