Taxi and Bus fares for a trip to Badaling

we are 4 persons our hotel is located center city wich way is beter for visit grat wall by bus no 877 or take taxi could you pls compair time and cost of both them? and may i have schedule of bus and price? br reza

The taxi drivers won't drive you to Badaling and drive back without a passenger. Usually, people have to hire a taxi for a round trip. It costs 600 to 800 RMB. It costs around 12 RMB per person if you catch 877 or 919 bus. It takes almost the same time (1 to 1.5 hours ) since they all run on the highway.

Schedules:
877: Deshengmen: 06:00 to 12:00 (Apr.1-Oct.31) / 06:00 to 12:30 (Nov.1-Mar.31)
Badaling: 10:30-17:00 (Apr.1-Oct.31) / 11:00-16:30 (Nov.1-Mar.31)
919: Deshengmen: 06:00-19:00
Badaling: 05:00-18:30
