I arrive on Cathay pacific June 13 from australiaI depart on air china June 14 to ulan bataar, MongoliaI am unable to book an hourly room in T3.Can I book a hotel such:Airport YUANHANG International Hotel Beijing  No.1 Fuqian Second street Tian zhu Town Shunyi District, Capital Int'l Airport & New Int'l Exhibition, Beijing, China 101312 without a transit visa?

If you have an Australia passport, the transit visa not needed to leave the airport for your hotel. So that you can book the hotel you mentioned, otherwise, you are not allowed to get out of the airport. Actually, you do not need to book the hourly rooms in T3 and can just go there to check in when you arrive the airport.
