Place to Meet in Terminal 2 of PEK after arrrival

My friend will reach Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal 2 (Air Asia) at around 1.05 am on 5th Jun n my flight (MAS) will reach Terminal 3 at 12.20 am (5th Jun). I have few question to ask :

(1) How many minutes do l need to check out my passport n claim my luggage in Terminal 3 ?

(2) If l want to meet my friend in Terminal 2, which is d most suitable place for us to meet because l need to
take shuttle bus from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 ?

(3) If l want to depart from PEK Terminal 2 to Kuala Lumpur Airport, how n
where to check in my document or baggage drop n where is d departure hall to take plane to Kuala
Lumpur Airport ?
