10 minute walk is ok! but oct 3 falls in holiday week unfortunately in china.

Question

So there is still no need to book bus ticket (or even possible to pre book?) to HK?  I have booked Dorset Mongkok  but I am open to suggestion which hotel to stay as I wanted to be close to metro or bus going to HK airport from the Hotel. Thanks!

May I know what bus ticket are you referring to? As for your hotel, this shall be a good one, only 4-5min walking distance from Olympic MTR station. If you wanna find another one, tell me your demand for the location.
