At GZ Train Station General station to take bus no. 210 or 257 to get off at White Cloud Cable Car station. Then walk to catch the cable car.
Upon getting there, walk into the scenic area from along the main road to almost the peak, near which you can find a board which reads thrilling sports. Walk inside according to the signage to find the bungee.0
