I am a snake and my boyfriend is a dog. He broke up with me after 12 years. With no reason.

We Like the same things. We got along great like best friends. Should I let it go and move on?

No, u should talk to him actively to figure out the reason of his leaving. After all, you have stayed with each other for 12 years.
