About:Embassy & Consulates of U.S.A. in China

I am a US citizen going to Choingqin for marriage. Can I process the single affidavit there?

As I know, you can do this from US consulate in Chengdu. And an appintment is required. You can refer to the website of the consulate directly for more details.
