chess pavilion on mt. huashan

Question

Is it possible to photograph the chess pavilion from the north peak or the west peak?and which one of the north peak and the west peak gives the best pictures? ( we will be using the cable car due to bad knees)Thank you

chess pavilion is at east peak,you should take west cable which  is only 30 minutes walk  from east peak

No, there are not many steps. The route from west peak to the east peak is generally flat. As you have bad knees, it requires around 45min.
