Mom's fortunes for starting business in 2019

My Mom was born Nov 30 1959, she is a house wife and she always dream to start a business a sari-sari store(mini store).
Is it a good start for her to open a store or what business should she engage?

Hi, the 2019 is the Year of Big and for people who were born in the Pig year, it's not very smooth for them. They may face a lot of challenges no matter in life or career. So the next year may not be the most appropriate time to start a new business. Maybe she can make a detailed proposal about the business then start to do it. Hope helpful.
