Mozambique Visa

Can a Mainland Chinese National living in China obtain a tourist visa on arrival at Maputo airport? Or does the visa need to be obtained ahead of travel in China from Mozambique consulate?
Is a yellow fever certificate required from a Chinese National arriving from China?

Hi, Chinese need to apply for it in advance. If it is the first time for visit, it is advised to apply through a travel agency. As I know, yellow fever certificate is required.
