Visa Application with mozambique Passport

Good Day Sir /Madam

I would like to apply for a tourism L for canton fair in October with my mozambique Passport but I'm currently in Zimbabwe visiting my wife who is a Zimbabwean .

It's possible for you to apply for L type in there if you have valid residence permit or visa in there. You can have a try.
