enough time and pick up tickets?

Hi, on 29 june we land at Pudong airport at 11.10 and we want to take the train at 15:45 from Shanghai south railway, is there enough time. We have to collect the tickets at the station. Is there at Shanghai south railway a special ticket counter? Or is it already possible for foreigners to pick up the tickets at the airport? We have a total of 4,5 hours. 1 hour at the airport (is this enough), 2 hours for the bus from Pudong airport to Shanghai south railway, and than we are 1,5 hours prior to departure, will that be enough.
On July 23, we want to get back from Guilin to Shanghai by train. Can we also pick up tickets in advance at Shanghai south railway or should we do this later in Guilin.
