About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

What a new visa seeker requires if he/she hasn't visited any other country before?

The China Embassy Dhaka counter informed me that blank new passport are not eligible for it. At least 3 country's visa seals on a passport are required for application. Then how a people like me, who have not visited a single country before, covering all the requirements found in website, can meet daughter, son-in-law and grandson who live in Wuhan?

Sorry, if you were told by the embassy officers to provide a passport with visas to other countries, then you have to provide this because they have the final say to your application. No one here can help at all.
