australian citizen applying for chinese visa in bogota‏

Hello!I am an Australian citizen however am currently traveling in South America.I have just tried to get it in Ecuador however they do not accept appliations from persons who are not resident in the country concerned.I am off to Bogota next, and was wondering if you accepted applications from persons who are not resident in your country? Or if you could let me know what the procedure is for me being able to get it in your country as I am an australian citizen and Bogota is my last country before China?Thankyou!

I have to say that the requirements are the same. That is to say, you have to provide valid residence permit or visa if you apply in a third country. So, better contact the embassy directly via 0057-1-6223126
