My husband Mr.Goura Krishna Das wants to accompany me. I got mine. But there is delay in the renewal of his passport.. Can we apply VOA for my husband as he will get his passport after two days. our date of journey is 3rd June,2014 .Kindly answer me soon.

Hi, he should apply for it in advance using rush service if possible. It is very hard to apply for it on arrival.
